We service the commercial, industrial, and retail property management sector in the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Mississauga, Milton, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Markham, Newmarket, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Guelph, Kitchener, Woodstock, London, Hamilton, Brantford, and Beyond.
We service the entire Province of Ontario under licence for applications of our JENNITE SAND SLURRY SEALER.

Who We Are
Sure-Seal Pavement Maintenance Inc. was founded by Lance Bradshaw in 1993. Having simply started with an idea, some motivation, and by buying some used asphalt sealing equipment, Sure-Seal generated sales during the summer months by putting many miles on the legs, knocking on doors asking, "WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE YOUR DRIVEWAY SEALED TODAY?"
After a sucessful couple of summers, Lance, now primarily overseeing sales, hired Claudio Villani to work to oversee operations on residential and commercial projects. More employees and services were gradually added including interlock and concrete sealing, crack sealing, asphalt repairs, and linemarking. Claudio Villani, who to this day, is our Operations Manager, has been a key team member throughout our growth over the last 18 years.
Our Focus has evolved from the residential sector, to now exclusively offering services to the Commercial, Industrial and Retail Property Management Sector. Now with close to 10 employees, Lance still oversees all sales, client relations and project details. Without our valued employees we would not be where we are today.
