A quality job begins with the proper preparation of the surface. Our thorough cleaning process includes a complete mechanical powersweep of the entire surface to be sealed.
We then blow the area completely dust free using high pressure Echo back-pack blowers and Little Wonder push blowers to ensure full proper preparation.
You can be assured that we have the proper equipment to get the job done right. Our 1500 gallon seal rig is capable of mixing and spraying the High Solids JENNITE Sealer. Our superior mix design starts with North Americas most durable Pavement Sealer JENNITE. JENNITE CONCENTRATE is pumped into our truck, and a max. of 10-15% water dilution is then added, along with Neyra QSA - "Quick Set Additive" to ensure a fast drying time and a ultra hard surface. And then.....this is where we are different than any other slurry sealer contractor, we add 5 LBS OF GRADE 70 SILICA SAND to our mix. NOTHING MATCHES THE DURABILITY OF OUR JENNITE SAND SLURRY PAVEMENT SEALER. WE GUARANTEE IT.
Edges are all completed by squeegee or brush to ensure no overspray on any curbs, building or sidewalks.
The first coat of JENNITE is spray applied using a hand wand application to ensure even coverage and proper material application thickness.
After the first coat has fully dried, a second coat of JENNITE is applied to create a high build, durable wear surface that will ensure a long coating life. And remember, once cured, JENNITE is fully resistant to penetration by oil, gas, diesel, kerosene, jet fuel, coolant, water, salt and all other solvents, offering full protection for your valuable pavement.
Once fully dry, usually within 4 hours, new linemarking can be applied. The results are dramatic.

We Recieve regular shipments of JENNITE sealer from Neyra Industries of Cincinnati, Ohio. You can be assured of top product quality. Ask for your copy of our JENNITE Certificate of Authenticity supplied by Neyra Industries with every shipment.
We have no need to run to a outside supplier when it is necessary to re-load our seal units. We store up to 8000 gallons of sealer at our yard. Buying in large quantities allows us to pass on the bulk buy savings to our clients.
