Suitable cracks are identified and routed 3/4" wide and 1/2" deep using a Professional Marathon Crack Router.

Routed cracks are blown free of all dust and debris.  At this time all cracks are measured for accurate linear feet totals.

All cracks are inspected to ensure that full and proper preparation is achieved.

The routed cracks are now sealed using a heated overbanding applicator that ensures proper application temperature of the rubberized sealer and a clean, uniform and flush fill that effectively resists car and snowplow damage.

Sealed cracks are TRAFFIC READY in 20 minutes or less.  Crack sealing is by far the most cost effective pavement maintenance that your can regularly perform on a parking lot and provides the greatest return on investment in preserving your parking lot from water infiltration damage.
