Damaged, Sunken, or Collapsed Catch Basins are Identified and Inspected.  We will then provide a verbal and/or written report of the condition.  A full Printed Quote for the repairs will also be provided for approval.  All Catch Basin Structural Repairs are covered by our 5- YEAR CATCH BASIN REPAIR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. 

The area will be escavated as necessary, dismantled, and new pre-cast, steel re-inforced concrete pup-extentions and/or modulock rings installed as necessary.  New Cast Iron Frames and Grates will then be installed if necessary, or the existing unit, if undamaged, can be re-installed.

All escavated Sub-Base soil and granular material is disposed off site.  Only new Crusher run granular material is used to back-fill the escavation in layers. 

The area is compacted using both footpad jumping jacks compactors, and plate compactors, layer by layer, to achieve proper grade and compaction density.  This will prevent any future settlement of the escavation area. 

A Minimum of 2" of Base Asphalt is placed, graded and compacted by plate compactor and / or roller, and allowed to cool prior to placement of the final Finish Layer of Asphalt.

The Final Finish layer of Asphalt is placed, graded and compacted using both plate compactor and roller to achieve proper full compaction density and achieve a virtually seamless joint at repair edge.  All Catch Basin Structural Repairs are covered by our 5 YEAR CATCH BASIN STRUCTURAL WARRANTY.
